The Constitution & You

A civics game about the rights that touch your everyday life

The Constitution isn’t an abstraction reserved for courtrooms and history books. It decides what can happen at your front door, in your child’s classroom, at your protest, and in your voting booth.

You’ll face a series of real-world scenarios. Each puts you in the story. Choose the answer you think best reflects what the Constitution actually protects — then see the governing Supreme Court principle and why it matters to your life.

How to play: Read each scenario, pick A, B, or C, and the game reveals the best answer with the constitutional rule behind it. There are 36 scenarios across 7 themes. Your score is just for reflection — there’s no penalty for a wrong answer, and every reveal teaches something.

This is a review draft. The scenarios and legal explanations are being reviewed by volunteer lawyers and educators and are for civic education, not legal advice.
